Great Location with Room for Improvement

Our recent stay was pleasant, highlighted by the charming design and comfy room. The hotel is ideally positioned for quick airport access. However, check-in could use more efficient staff training. Make sure to verify your room amenities beforehand to avoid any surprises.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere with spacious rooms and good parking options right outside. I stayed in room 101, clean and comfortable with a balcony. The breakfast offers tasty Dutch pancakes, though on the pricey side at 15 Euros per person. The staff were generally friendly. they helped with public transport directions and provided a pretty decent shuttle to the airport. However, sound from the bar below was a big disturbance. I was in room 106, directly above the bar, and it felt impossible to get a good night’s sleep with music blaring until 3:30 a.m. each night. Attempts to resolve this with the reception didn’t change anything, as they seemed indifferent. Internet connection worked fine, but I struggled without a working TV or room phone. Issues with air conditioning made things uncomfortable too, as it was quite warm during my stay. Value for money has its merits, but I didn’t leave feeling rested. Improvements in noise insulation and better management of the bar’s music could really elevate the guest experience.
